Organization & Access
Future school librarians show students how to use resources fairly and responsibly, no matter what format they’re in—books, websites, or other tools. They build and organize collections that reflect many different interests and cultures. They also look at data and feedback to make smart choices about library rules, resources, and services.

Throughout this program, I have gathered methods for instructing learners how to responsibly use resources in the library. In my Demonstrating Student Learning lesson (SLIB 690), learners were able to correctly cite their sources for. a research project. I was also able to design a Collective Development Manual for SLIB 510 that included an analysis on the school community and policies and procedures. I have a full understanding of what it takes to complete a library collection.
